Our history:

Passe & Whitmore, P.A. is a general practice legal firm providing services for estate planning, probate, real estate, and accounting.  Our firm is the successor to firms that date back to the 1940’s including Julian Morten, Logan Foreman, Wolfgang Sarrazin, and Bob Ebbesen.  Our attorneys have always been very active in the Redwood Falls community.  Currently, Kevin Passe and Jeffrey Whitmore provide a wide variety of services to clients in Redwood County and surrounding areas.  Our firm and our predecessors have been involved in many charitable transactions that have enhanced the Redwood Falls community over the last seventy years.
